FREEDOM IN CHRIST

Main teaching theme - Autumn 2007

Jesus makes some great promises about freedom:

John 8:32 - 36  Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” ….  So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. 

Galatians 5:1  It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.

Yet so often in our Christian lives we can feel anything but free, and these truths can so easily become mere words devoid of any connection to our everyday lives.  What is it like to be free in Christ, how can I get there and how can I stay there?  This is a series for all who long to rid themselves of every tie and chain that holds them back from becoming all God wants them to be.  It’s for all who long to be free to make a difference in God’s world.
