The Gathering
Music based worship
The Gathering is a contemporary music based worship service. There is an emphasis on creativity and extended times of sung worship. It seeks to provide an opportunity for us to relax in God’s presence and listen to what he might say to us.
When is it
The next Gathering is Sunday February 5th 2012 at 7:00 pm in the Church Centre.
We will be looking at why we sing in worship and why (if you read the Psalms) God considers it so important and commands us to sing so many times! And we'll be singing - using our voices rather than instruments (mostly).
The Gathering is usually on the first Sunday evening of the month at 7:00pm at Burlington Baptist Church.
